New to the marketplace EcofilmSet Underfloor Heating Element! Ideal for under wood and laminate floors.
The Ecofilm Underfloor Heating Element has now been introduced to the general Electrical distribution market. Traditionally available only in the specialist floor covering markets through specialist installers as a custom product, Ecofilm has now been introduced in a pre-packaged format.
EcofilmSet is an extremely tough film, inlaid longitudinally with two robust copper strips that are interconnected by numerous conductive, carbon cross members. This heating film has a heat output of 130 Watts/square metre which makes it suitable as a primary heat source in most applications.
Simple and economic to install EcofilmSet is available in three different widths (300mm, 500mm & 1000mm) with standard lengths in 0.5 metre increments up to 8 metres. The element comes prewired with 5 metre “cold tails” and element lengths can easily be reduced on site to ensure maximum floor coverage. Customers simply purchase sufficient strips for their jobs. Only simple two-wire electrical mains connections to the copper strips are required to provide gentle and safe heating comfort.
